Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty operates five offices in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The original office, located in Middletown, opened its doors in May of 1990 and was followed by a location in Shrewsbury in early 1997, then Rumson in the spring of 2001. A fourth office opened in January of 2004 in Holmdel, to further capture the market in western Monmouth County. Most recently, Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty acquired their fifth office in Highlands. True to the adage of “location, location, location,” Ms. Burke has strategically placed the offices to each serve a different geographic real estate market, enabling the firm to provide extensive coverage. The firm enjoys a well-deserved reputation for a top notch staff of sales associates, most of whom are lifelong residents in the area, that stand ready to meet all real estate marketing, management and development needs.
