Ali Ross has formed a strong referral base in an area including Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties and has been a consistent company top producer. In the last sixteen years she was awarded the title 'Company Top Producer' eight times.
Believing in continuing education, Ali has earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designations. She has earned a Distinguished Sales Club award signifying over 10 years of Million Dollar Sales Club status. She has also obtained the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, Silver Level for 9 years & the prestigious NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, Gold Level, 2013, her 'best year ever'. This places Ali in the top 1% of realtors in her marketing area. She is a member of both the New Jersey and National Associations of Realtors.
Prior to selling real estate, Ali was a mortgage officer with a large bank in charge of processing all FHA, VA and Conventional loans. This expertise has certainly helped her in qualifying and assisting her buyers and sellers.
In her free time, Ali loves to cook and volunteers at a local charity, Lunch Break, in Red Bank which feeds the needy in surrounding towns.
