WELCOME TO FAIR HAVEN

Located on the Rumson Peninsula, along the banks of the Navesink River, Fair Haven is bordered by Red Bank and Little Silver to the west. Fair Haven is home to approximately 6,000 people in roughly 2.1 square miles. Fair Haven real estate is a mix of newly constructed and renovated seashore colonials, as well as much desired waterfront properties. Residents enjoy the quick commute to New York City and being able to come home and launch their kayak into the Navesink River after a long day at work.

Fair Haven contains many options for shopping in its “downtown”, everything from clothing to home goods. Sadie James Boutique, chic women’s wear. S.alt Design Co. & China Closet and Home Furnishings Just a few minutes down the road in Red Bank you have upscale shopping available at Garmany & Coco Pari, as well as large retail brands such as Urban Outfitters. Another choice is The Grove and The Grove West in Shewsbury, this open air shopping area is home to J.Crew, Anthropologie, Athleta, lululemon athletica, Blue Mercury, to name a few.
